So, why "Sercul"?
"Sercul" comes from the phonetic pronounciation of "Circle"...
the most simplest of concepts... yet it shows how complex that concept can become.
When you hear the word "Circle", or "Sercul", you immediately
think of this:
And you don't even consider the same letters can make up the word "Cleric",
or that the letter "C" is pronounced differently for each occurance!
Now, what about Sercul? Simple:

This is the philosophy behind Sercul Solutions... no matter
what the "problem" is, you need to find a solution (there's always
one!), then realise it (create a design for the solution), then create the solution
using the design.
No solution is a real solution unless it's been tested... and
shown that it upholds the solution to all the tests necessary.
Once a solution has been found, then perhaps it's just the
first pass... maybe it can be refined, simplified, etc... or perhaps the final
solution has been found, but you need to check!
